We explicitly DO NOT collect: Your Discord email address, phone number, real name (unless it's your username), physical address, IP address, payment information (see Section 5), or the content of your private messages unless directly sent to the bot via commands.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share data in the limited circumstances described below.

You have the right to request the deletion of your data associated with Spikey Bot. You can do this by using the inbuilt /delete_my_data command or by contacting us through the official support server. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, your identifiable data will be immediately and permanently removed from our active databases. We do not retain deleted user data.
Please note that deleting your data will likely result in the loss of all your progress, inventory, and settings within the bot.
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify users of significant changes, typically through an announcement in our official Discord server or by updating the effective date at the top of this policy.
